How to Order Online

Building Your Cart

1. Enter the desired quantity of each item in the Quantity in Cart box and hit return to place the item in your cart.
   
   
   

2. Click on View Cart/Checkout to review your cart. You can save your cart, empty your cart, or proceed with checkout.
   
   
   

3. If you are ready to checkout, click Checkout. If you haven’t already, you will be asked to log in.

Shipping

Shipping details will appear next. Select your shipping address. If you want to add a new shipping address, click Add a Shipping Address. Select your shipping method, enter any special instructions, and click Next.

Payment Information

Payment by Credit Card

Under Payment Options, select Process this order using a credit card. Enter your card type, card number, and expiration date. Click Next.

 

Your order will then be processed and you will receive an order number and email confirmation. Your final invoice will include your final tax and shipping charges.

Payment by Purchase Order

Under Payment Options, select Process this order using a School Purchase Order Number. Enter your P.O. number. Click next.

Your order will then be processed and you will receive an order number and email confirmation. Your final invoice will include your final tax and shipping charges.

Return Policy

Call (800) 831-4190 within 90 days for a return authorization number prior to returning any materials. Please have your Perfection Learning invoice number, purchase order number, or our original number available at the time you place the call. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. Stamped or processed books will not be accepted for returns unless they are physically defective. Please check your order carefully before applying school stamps, labels, or pockets. Audiocassettes, videos, and CDs will not be accepted for return, once opened, unless physically defective. Reproducible materials are not accepted for return.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges for online orders will be the same as any other type of order, 10% of the total after discounts with a $7.00 minimum charge. (Does not apply to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or destinations outside the U.S. Please call Customer Service at (800) 831-4190 for shipping costs to these areas.)

Extra shipping charges apply for Next Day and 2nd Day shipments. Please call Customer Service at (800) 831-4190 for rates.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, and FedEx Ground. Enter Package Tracking Center to track your orders using UPS or FedEx tracking numbers.

Paperback and hardback books ordered from us should reach you within 7 to 10 days from when your order is received in our office. Cover Craft books ordered from us should reach you within 30 days from when your order is received. Orders requiring library processing may take slightly longer in order to meet your specifications and ensure accuracy.

Out-of-stock titles will be backordered automatically. Backorders that cannot be filled in 60 days will be canceled unless you instruct otherwise. To use all of your available funds, we recommend you send a list of alternative titles we can use to replace any out-of-print or temporarily unavailable titles. Your packing slip will indicate which titles have been put on backorder. Your invoice will indicate which titles have been canceled.

Special Order Services

We'll locate hard-to-find titles! If you can't find a title in our catalogs, we'll attempt to get it for you if you order 25 or more Cover Craft copies of the same title or 10 or more hardback or paperback copies of the same title. Call (800) 831-4190 and ask for our Special Order Service—call, fax, or email your list of titles. Please allow 45 to 90 days for delivery. Volume discounts on special order titles may not apply. Special order titles are not returnable.

Free Quotation Services

If your order must be typed, let us do it at no cost! Simply email us the list of titles you want or you can print our Best-Selling Book lists (Best-Selling Elementary Book List and Best-Selling Middle School/High School Book List) and mark the titles you need and fax or mail those pages to us. We will enter a quote into our system, locking in the most current prices for 60 days. We will mail or fax the quote listing your titles and prices so you can attach it to your purchase order and return it for processing.

Staying Within Your Budget

If there's a budget amount you can't exceed, let us know on the order form, and we'll ship only up to the "Do Not Exceed" amount. To use all of your available funds, send a list of alternate titles we can use to replace any out-of-print or temporarily unavailable titles.
