What is an ebook?
Put simply, an ebook (downloadable) is an electronic version (pdf) of our product that you can read on your computer or print out from your printer.
Do I need any special software?
All ebooks can be read with Adobe Reader. If you don't have Adobe Reader, click on the link and you can download it for free. Downloading Adobe Reader is easy and will only take a few minutes.
What is available for download?
NOTE: Not all books in these categories are available for download at this time.

How do I order a downloadable product?
Select any of the products listed above. Downloadable products will be indicated with a checkbox in the "Click to Download" column in the product chart at the bottom of the page. To order a downloadable item, click on the checkbox. There is no extra charge for downloading a product and no shipping charge.
How is the downloadable delivered?
After you place your order and check out, a screen will prompt you to download your product. Next, you will get an email with a link to get your downloadable. To retrieve the downloadable, log into your account and, under “My Account”, go to Downloadable Products.
Are downloadables in my account for a certain amount of time?
The file will stay active in your web site account until after you open it for the first time. It is very important that the first time you open the file, you save it to your computer so you can re-access it. To do this, when the window comes up, make sure you select “Save to” and not “Open file.” (see instructions)
What should I do if I am having errors?
