How can I receive confirmation of my order?

Once your order is submitted to orders@perfectionlearning.com, Customer Experience will reply with the order number and a link to track the shipment. If the order is faxed or mailed, the order confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided on the Library Services Request Form.

 

Are there additional steps needed when ordering Card or Automation kits?

If your order requires the Card Kit, please fill out sections 2 and 3 on the order form. If your order requires the Automation Kit, please fill out sections 1, 2, and 3 on the order form.

 

Are there additional steps required when ordering Marc Records?

If your order requires Marc Records, please fill out sections 1 and 2 on the Library Services Request Form.

 

What is the difference between Laminate and Mylar?

The new laminating process creates the same protection for the dust jacket without the layers that may be torn or collect debris. Advantages to laminate covers include:

  • Laminates the Mylar directly to the dust jacket.
  • Provides durable protection.

What is the purchase deadline if my AEA is providing a subsidized discount?

To guarantee that your order includes posters and is delivered by May 18, 2023, orders are due by March 31, 2023. However, the AEAs that subsidize orders will allow Perfection Learning to continue to accept subsidized purchase orders until April 21 to send out invoicing by June 15.
