Shipping & Returns
Paperback and hardback books ordered from us should reach you within seven to ten days from when your order is received in our office. Cover Craft® or Turtleback books ordered from us should reach you within 30 days from when your order is received. Orders requiring library processing may take slightly longer in order to meet your specifications and ensure accuracy.
Out-of-stock titles will be backordered automatically. Backorders that cannot be filled in 60 days will be canceled unless you instruct otherwise. To use all of your available funds, we recommend you send a list of alternative titles we can use to replace any out-of-print or temporarily unavailable titles. Your packing slip will indicate which titles have been put on backorder. Your invoice will indicate which titles have been canceled.
Return Policy
Risk-Free Guarantee—All materials sold by Perfection Learning are guaranteed to live up to your expectations. If any product does not, we will exchange it, credit your account, or refund your money.
Call (800) 831-4190 for a return authorization number prior to returning any materials. Please have your invoice number or purchase order number available at the time you place the call. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. Initial Shipping and Handling fees/Digital Access fees are not eligible for refund.
Materials in resalable condition are accepted for return within 30 days of invoice date. A partial return of bundled products for a credit will cause any applicable discount to be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the credit.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products for return. Returns must be received within 90 days of receiving the return authorization number.
Institutional Purchases
Print Products—Returns must be requested within 30 days of invoice date. Stamped or processed books will not be accepted for returns unless they are physically defective. Please check your order carefully before applying school stamps, labels, or pockets.
Teacher Guides and Teacher Resources will not be accepted for returns.
A partial return of print/digital bundled products for a credit will cause any applicable discount to be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the credit. See below for exclusions.
Digital Licenses—Institutional returns will be permitted within 30 days from the date of invoice.
No returns permitted on:
- Test Booklets
- Blackline masters
- Reproducible materials
- Special orders of trade books
- Materials in kits or multi-packs/print bundles once opened
Individual or Homeschool Purchases
Print and/or digital purchases are non-returnable.

Orders under $1,000—12% shipping on print, print/eBook bundle, and print/interactive bundle items in order plus a once-per-order $7.99 handling fee.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, and FedEx Ground.
Digital Access Fees
6% fee on eBooks and interactive editions in an order.
Print/ebook bundles and print/interactive bundles do not incur a digital access fee. Shipping and handling fees will apply.
