Return Policy

Call (800) 831-4190 within 90 days for a return authorization number prior to returning any materials. Please have your Perfection Learning® invoice number, purchase order number, or our original number available at the time you place the call. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. Stamped or processed books will not be accepted for returns unless they are physically defective. Please check your order carefully before applying school stamps, labels, or pockets. Audiocassettes, videos, and CDs will not be accepted for return, once opened, unless physically defective. Reproducible materials are not accepted for return.

 


 

Teacher Resources—Purchasing Restrictions

Teacher materials are sold only with a classroom purchase of the related student materials. Purchased order required. Teacher materials will not be sold to customers who have purchased the related student materials through a third party. This does not apply to our literature-based teacher resources that can be used in conjunction with trade books.

Orders over $1,000—12% shipping on print, print/eBook bundle, and print/interactive bundle items in order.

Orders under $1,000—12% shipping on print, print/eBook bundle, and print/interactive bundle items in order plus a once-per-order $6.99 handling fee.

Does not apply to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and other locations outside the U.S. Please call Customer Experience at (800) 831-4190 for shipping costs to these areas.

 

Digital Access Fees

6% fee on eBooks and interactive editions in an order.

Print/ebook bundles and print/interactive bundles do not incur a digital access fee. Shipping and handling fees will apply.

 

Extra shipping charges apply for overnight and two-day shipments. Please call Customer Experience at (800) 831-4190 for rates.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, and FedEx Ground. Enter Order Tracking to track your packages.

 

Paperback and hardback books ordered from us should reach you within seven to ten days from when your order is received in our office. Cover Craft® or Turtleback books ordered from us should reach you within 30 days from when your order is received. Orders requiring library processing may take slightly longer in order to meet your specifications and ensure accuracy.

Out-of-stock titles will be backordered automatically. Backorders that cannot be filled in 60 days will be canceled unless you instruct otherwise. To use all of your available funds, we recommend you send a list of alternative titles we can use to replace any out-of-print or temporarily unavailable titles. Your packing slip will indicate which titles have been put on backorder. Your invoice will indicate which titles have been canceled.
